FREE Home Delivery For Orders Over $100*
*Transitions Hair offers free standard home delivery for purchases over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a delivery fee. Excludes large items, which will incur a delivery fee based on the delivery destination. Delivery fees are calculated once you enter your delivery destination. Please note items can only be delivered to street addresses in mainland Australia. Please note that our carrier companies Delivery Policies or zone restrictions may apply to selected areas. Where street delivery is not always possible, you will receive notification or a calling card will be left.
Next Day Express Shipping
Place your order by 12:00pm AEDT in selected metro areas Monday to Friday for next business day delivery, some qualifying postcodes classed as regional/metro may take longer. For Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and public holidays please allow an extra business day for your delivery to arrive. Express Delivery Option available for qualifying orders and locations only.
Large items, products and orders over 5kg are ineligible for Express delivery.
Home Delivery times
Home delivery orders are delivered on weekdays by either Australia Post, StarTrack or TOLL IPEC. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. Please use the below table as a general guide:

Delivery Policy
- Home Delivery orders for standard parcels can be sent to street addresses or post office boxes. Please note that our carrier companies Delivery Policies or zone restrictions may apply to selected areas. Where street delivery is not always possible, you will receive notification or a calling card will be left. Home Delivery & Express Shipping options are only availbale within Australia. See below for International Shipping.

Payments
All orders are calculated in Australian Dollars and can be paid for via PayPal, or credit card. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Amex, Diners and Visa.
Order tracking
You can use the ‘Consignment ID number’ to track your order via either the Australia Post website or StarTrack website or the TOLL IPEC website, depending on which company your order is delivered by.
Delivery acceptance
All home delivery orders, except for express deliveries, require a signature upon delivery. If there’s no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions indicating if you need to call to arrange another delivery time or if you need to collect your order from the delivery agent.
Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.
